Along with core exercises, I get this euphoric feeling doing pull ups and dips.
Deadly circuit done today:
- 20 double heavy ropes
- 20 alternating heavy ropes
- 20 TRX body rows
- 15 dips
- 5 pull up to burpee & push up (this almost killed me. essentially, you squat down, jump up and catch the bars to a pull up, land back down to a squat, then perform a burpee and two push ups, repeat.)
